Google toolbar...?

I have downloaded the new google toolbar twice...and sometimes it disappears. Does anybody know why this happens? Can I find it on my computer without downloading it again? Thanks for your help.|||Right click on any open space in the toolbar and check the google|||save your download to the desktop
