How do i add google toolbar to my ie?

i upgraded to internet explorer version 8. how do i add my google toolbar to it? or is there an application that does autofill of email address/credit card to forms for signing up to websites for example.|||open IE %26gt; tools %26gt; options %26gt; programmes %26gt; manage add ons %26gt; enable google tool bar|||Starscream1058-
