Why is it that when I try to Uninstall the google toolbar from FireFox, It just reinstalls itself?

Every time I Uninstall the google toolbar, it says that it will be uninstalled the next time I restart FireFox, so I restart FireFox, and it reinstalls itself. The same screen comes on for when it installed the first time, and It doesn't uninstall. How can I make it Uninstall???|||Just go to the website lited below and follow the instructions listed there on the page to uninstall the google, if you have one of the operating systems listed there.
