How to uninstall new version of google toolbar completely from my harddisk?

After installing new version of google toolbar accidently(already have older version and still do),I found that my internet speed has slowed down as well as the overall system.I have uninstalled new version and kept the older one but yet,the problem persist.Can someone help me out ?I have IE and Firefox browser.|||CONTROL PANEL......ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS.......CHANGE OR REMOVE (UNINSTALL) GOOGLE .....VOILA ! YOU'RE DONE !.....IF YOU STILL HAVE PROBLEMS AFTER THAT , YOU EITHER NEED TO GET RID OF EITHER I.E. OR FIREFOX , HAVING BOTH MAY BE CAUSING A PARADOX ....AS A LAST RESORT DO A REFORMAT , THAT WILL TAKE CARE OF ALL PROBLEMS.....GOOD LUCK , AND HAVE A GREAT DAY!.....GR1M|||Add/Remove programs. I have the new version with no problems at all. Turn off stuff like pagerank, spelling, and anything that sends info to/from Google. The FIrefox version is an extension, so to make sure, unistall it from the Firefox extensions box. (Tools/Extensions)|||Control Panel %26gt; Add or remove programs %26gt; Remove google toolbar listed on this window.

Since google toolbar is available for free on the net, you should uninstall both the toolbars completely. And then only install only one. Also, you should not have more than one toolbars. Keep only one.





If you are using firefox, you don't need a google toolbar separately. Firefox has an inbuilt google toolbar. Switch off the toolbar that you downloaded when you are using firefox.





Download "spybot Search and Destryo". Available for free on download.com


Install it, and run it periodically to see if there are any spywares or malwares.
