Why do my buttons on the google toolbar move around and sometimes disappear. How can I permanently fix this?

Can anyone advise me how to correct this problem permanently, please. Most important, is the disappearance of my Bookmarks. I have locked the google toolbar, but all my button choices keep moving around. Many times they disappear completely. It varies each time that I open the web site.





Thank you|||right click on toolbar and you should see option to lock toolbar click it you will a check mark by it. good to go. make sure you have made it the way you want it before you lock it. if not just click again and poof check mark is gone and make your adjustments|||In the question, the person says that they have all ready locked the toolbar. The same thing is happening to my Yahoo toolbar. I want to know how to stop it from happening too. Does anyone know?
