Why can't I delete my Google toolbar search history?

I know how to do it under tools %26gt; internet options %26gt; delete browsing history %26gt; delete form data. It's not working. Also, when I click the drop down menu in my Google toolbar, there is no Clear History to click on like usual. I even uninstalled Google Chrome, and uninstalled the google toolbar. When I reinstalled the toolbar, my search history was still there.





I'm using Windows 7 with internet explorer 8.|||i had the same problem.

type one letter in the search button then you'll see a 'clear history' at the bottom. press that!
