How di I convert my yahoo toolbar bookmarks to google toolbar's bookmarks?

I have many bookmarks in my yahoo toolbar, latest version. I want to move to google toolbar and get the bookmarks into the google toolbar.|||Just go to each page individually and select to bookmark them in google toolbar.
