Can I restore the Google toolbar and search box?

the Google toolbar with the Google search box has disappeared. The empty space is there, but no buttons, or search box. I use it all the time. Tried to re-install, but that didn't work. When I click on Tools, Add-ons, it isn't there. Windows XP, Firefox. Help, please.|||Restarting your computer always helps. then go to Google and type in Google search bar. I've always just downloaded it from there, because for some reason I can never find it in Add-ons. I believe this is the website, but double check, because my internet is crap and wouldn't let me actually load it to make sure. http://toolbar.google.com/ Hope it helps!
